STYLIST — My name is Billie and I started working at Frank Anthony in 1995. I specialize in all color including highlights, single process color, and double process. I also do color corrections, men’s color and beard tinting. The ongoing education – provided by the salon and externally – helps all of us perfect our craft.  Among the variety of training I have received is seminars by Gina Khan, Beth Minardi, Sonya Dove, and Nancy Braun. I have also presented One of my favorite things about working at Frank Anthony is how well we all work together as a team and support one another.
